The easi-joist^® software allows for the integrated layout, group and individual joist design, group and individual joist validation, automatic metalwork integration and takeoff   and costing of completed floor system, specifically those constructed using a combination of timber, plates and ‘metal webs’.

 The easi-joist^® application can be used either as a standalone program, or more commonly through the integrated layout software and the interface provided by the Wolf Job Organiser.

The functionality provided by easi-joist^® can be summarised as follows:

• Layout setup and input of all design criteria including stairs, lifts, partition walls and load areas.

• Automated/manual generation of easi-joists within the pre described layout with tools for optimisation.

• Automatic/Manual input of all noggins Strongbacks and restraint straps.

• Group design of all joists with abilities to optimise individual joists.

• Full generation of metalwork for the specific job.

• Automatic/manual design of splice points and plates, and of vertical column plates.

• Plot layout including joist profiles, fully labelled layout, job specific details and metalwork and additional timber legends.

• 3D sections and full layout can be viewed and copied onto layout.
